Tips from Rebecca:
– When bending your knees, engage your glutes and hamstrings (the back of your legs). Sit back a little instead of letting your knees come out over your toes.
– Lindy hop kicks are harder than they look, especially when you add in the pulse. Give it some time and practice if yours don’t look fabulous yet.
– Look up at the wall/mirror instead of down at the ground!
