Rhythm Change Exercises

Marcus and Janie show an exercise for leading and following different rhythms.

This is an important exercise in leading and following triple steps and rock steps.
With this exercise, you’ll develop a good connection with your partner (leader or follower).

Make sure that you are relaxed while doing these steps – avoid having too much tension in your arms.
