Nice LH moves

Some nice Lindy Hop moves taught by Henrik and Joanna.

From a Swingout, the leader leads the follower into an Inside Turn free spin starting with a rock step. Then catch her on the back and catch her right hand with the leaders left hand, with the leader turning under the follower’s arm. Ending up in closed position.

In the other variation of this step, the leader sends the follower in an extra free spin before he catches her in closed-position at the end of the move.
Make sure that all the movements are smooth and you do NOT use a lot of tension or pulling to lead these moves.
