More Lindy Hop basic moves and technique

Manu and Ann show the basic 6-count rhythm with triple steps and some basic figures:

In this video you will find the basic 6-count in closed position, a Send-out, the basic 6-count in open position, and a Take-in.

Leaders as usual you start rock stepping back with your left foot on count 1, and followers you rock back on your right foot on count 1.
Leaders, make sure that there is no jerking or pulling of the follower’s arm in any of these figures.
