Kenny and Jesse show an aerial they call the “White Russian” but is also sometimes called the “Oh Floor”.
Attention: Aerials are dangerous and could result in serious injury. You should consult a doctor before beginning any physical exercise.
Follow the instructions in the videos and always make sure you have a “spotter” (a person to assist) when practicing an aerial for the first time.
