Tricks and Dips

Andy and Nina show some intermediate level dips, jumps and tricks.

The moves in this video are:
- Free spin to throwout jump
- Dip to leaders kick over the followers head while after she drops down.*
- Leaders jump step into dynamic swingout.

*Attention: Leaders make sure that you do not kick your follower in the head!
