Scissor Kicks

Rebecca shows the Scissor Kicks.

The moves in this video are: – The Scissor Kicks -

Tips from Rebecca:
- When bending your knees, engage your glutes and hamstrings (the back of your legs). Sit back a little instead of letting your knees come out over your toes.
- Lindy hop kicks are harder than they look, especially when you add in the pulse. Give it some time and practice if yours don’t look fabulous yet.
- Look up at the wall/mirror instead of down at the ground!

Follow the instructions in the video and learn the scissor kicks.
