Footwork variations

Rebecca and Mike show how to be creative with your footwork by replacing rock step (or step step) and triples steps with other types of footwork.

When dancing wichever moves you always have the option of replacing a rock step or a step step as well as the triple steps with other sorts of footwork.
In this video you will see some examples of those types of footwork variations but it will be up to you to try out where they will work.

Small hint: try it in a swingout.

Step-Step/rock-step replacements:
- Kick-Hold
- Kick-Ball-Change
- Swoop
- Switch-Step

Triple-Step replacements:
- Step-Hold
- Kick-Step
- Scootch-Step
- Step-Tap (or Step-Stomp)
