Triple step rock steps and turn drills

The moves in this video are:
- Rock-step triple-step rock-step triple-step (back and forth).
- Rock-step triple-step rock-step triple-step (back and forth) with turns.
- Rock-step triple-step rock-step triple-step (back and forth) with continuous turns.
- Rock-step triple-step rock-step triple-step (back and forth) with spins on the triple-steps.

Tip:
- when you are spinning on the triple-steps, raise your arms a little bit so that your elbows come out a little. It will help you keep balance while spinning or turning.

Mad scientist moves

Slow Lindy Hop moves
