It’s all about stretch

Ali and Katja show how to get powerful and crazy in your dancing but still keep it compfortable using stretch.

The moves in this video are:
- Using stretch in your dancing.
- Keeping a still point to stretch from (middle molecule).
- Giving the follow and option to go deep into her swivels.
- Bending time, delying the 4 in a siwng out and speeding up on 5 & 6.
- Dynamic swingout with spin and jump turn.
